Tickets To GRiZ’s Ride Waves U.S. Tour On Sale Now
On the first day of his highly-anticipated Ride Waves album tour, GRiZ has partnered with legendary global surf brand founder Bob Hurley and mixed media artist Berk Visual to create a custom-made surfboard at Hurley International’s headquarters. The intimate board-shaping session was captured in a special video being released today, featuring a behind the scenes look at how GRiZ combined his life-long passion for art and creativity with the culture and craftsmanship of surfboard design. Along with the surfboard, a set of 12 limited edition posters were made at the iconic Hurley Printing Press, all of which are one-of-one hand-made prints unique to each city on GRiZ’s tour. The twelve-date run begins today, followed by major festival plays and international dates throughout the summer. Fans can enter to win a poster along any stop on the Ride Waves tour, and the custom surfboard raffle can be entered here. One grand-prize surfboard winner will be selected from the online sweepstakes, one runner-up will receive $50 to the GRiZ online merch store and a signed vinyl, two runners up will win $25 to the GRiZ online merch store and a signed vinyl, and one poster winner will be drawn from a separate raffle from every stop on GRiZ’s Ride Waves Tour.
Proceeds from the Ride Waves Charity Raffle will directly benefit Seven Mile Music, an organization that supports music education programs in Detroit’s public schools. Having grown up in the spirited city of Detroit, GRiZ is committed to furthering artistic development in his own backyard by ensuring young kids have access to fundamental music and art resources at school. Collectively, Grant raised well over $100,000 for the community through his 2019 GRiZMAS event and was honored with the Spirit of Detroit Award in 2018 for his charitable efforts.

In April, GRiZ dropped his massive fifth studio album, Ride Waves, featuring influential collaborators like Wiz Khalifa, Snoop Dogg, DRAM and more. Ride Waves marks the beginning of the next chapter for GRiZ - one that sees him not only persevere as a solo artist but as a producer beyond the electronic world.
